Android TV
Android smartphones & tablets
Smart TVs (where apps are available)
Apple devices (where apps are available)
Windows computers
Mac computers
MAG / compatible set-top boxes
Other compatible IPTV applications
Important: App availability depends on the device, operating system, region, and application developer. Not every application is available on every device. If you are unsure whether your device is compatible, contact us before purchasing.

Setup Instructions

Generally, setting up your device involves installing a compatible application and entering your setup information. Select your device below for specific instructions.

  1. Connect your Fire TV device to the internet.
  2. Open the official Amazon Appstore.
  3. Search for and install a compatible IPTV/streaming application.
  4. Open the application.
  5. Choose the appropriate login method (such as Xtream Codes API or M3U).
  6. Enter the setup information provided with your subscription.
  7. Save the profile and allow the content list to load.
  8. Start streaming.
  1. Connect your Android TV to the internet.
  2. Open the Google Play Store.
  3. Search for a compatible IPTV/streaming application.
  4. Install the application.
  5. Open it.
  6. Enter the provided setup credentials or playlist information.
  7. Save the configuration.
  8. Allow the content to load.

Note: App availability may vary depending on your specific Android TV model and region.

Open the Google Play Store on your mobile device and download a compatible IPTV/streaming application. Once installed, launch the app and authenticate using your provided setup information or playlist link.

Setup depends entirely on your TV's operating system (e.g., Tizen for Samsung, webOS for LG). You should open your TV's official app store and search for a compatible streaming application.

We cannot claim that every IPTV application will work on every Smart TV platform, so please use a highly-rated app available natively in your TV's store, then enter your provided credentials.

For iOS/iPadOS/tvOS, you should use a compatible application available natively in the Apple App Store. Search for streaming players that support standard setups (such as API credentials or playlists). Verify the app supports your format before entering your details.

Customers using desktop computers can use a compatible desktop application or dedicated media player that supports the provided setup format to access the streams.

How to Get the Best Streaming Experience

Follow these genuinely useful networking tips to ensure your setup runs smoothly:

Use a stable connection

A stable connection is much more important than simply having a high advertised speed. Consistency prevents stuttering and drops.

Prefer Ethernet when possible

For Smart TVs and streaming boxes, a wired Ethernet connection will almost always provide a more consistent connection than Wi-Fi.

Use 5 GHz Wi-Fi when appropriate

If your device is reasonably close to your router and wired Ethernet is not an option, 5 GHz Wi-Fi can provide a faster local connection. Keep in mind that 5 GHz has a shorter range and may perform worse than 2.4 GHz through thick walls.

Restart your router

If the connection suddenly becomes unstable, simply restarting your networking equipment (modem/router) can sometimes help clear bottlenecks.

Avoid heavy network activity

Large background downloads, cloud backups, and multiple simultaneous high-quality streams in your household can significantly affect available bandwidth.

Keep the application updated

Always use the latest version available from the official application store where possible to ensure performance fixes are applied.

Troubleshooting Common Problems

Possible causes: Unstable internet, Wi-Fi interference, network congestion, device performance limits, or application issues.

Suggested steps:

  1. Restart the app.
  2. Restart the device.
  3. Restart the router.
  4. Try Ethernet if available.
  5. Try 5 GHz Wi-Fi when appropriate.
  6. Close other bandwidth-heavy applications.
  7. Test another available stream.
  8. If the problem continues, contact support.

Please double-check and carefully copy your Username, Password, and Server information. Verify your subscription expiration status and check your internet connection.

Frequently Asked Questions

Customers receive the appropriate setup information immediately after successfully completing their order.

The best choice depends on your current TV, operating system, and preferred setup. Fire TV, Android TV boxes, and Apple TV are typically strong choices due to vast app availability.

No special connection is needed, but a highly stable internet connection is required. Performance depends heavily on your local network consistency and device.

This heavily depends on the TV platform and whether compatible applications exist in the TV's official app store. If your TV lacks apps, using an external streaming stick is a great alternative.
